Swedish "Hamburgers"

Use the Potato Sausage mixture formed into patties and fried — Grandpa's contribution to the recipe box.

Use Potato Sausage recipe, but don't stuff meat in casings. Form into hamburger patties. Fry to desired doneness. Place on white bread and add "lots" of Heinz catsup. Yummy?!
