Potato Sausage

A Swedish potato and pork sausage stuffed into casings and simmered until cooked through.

  • 3 lb. Venison or Beef
  • 3 lb. Pork
  • 1 Onion, ground
  • 6 lb. Potato
  • 2 tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. White Pepper

Potatiskorv

Grind the pork and beef twice in grinder. Work in the onion and seasonings well. Stuff in casings loosely. Store in freezer.
