Fish Cakes
Swedish fish cakes of ground fish, eggs, and seasoning — beaten light and pan-fried until golden.
- 3 heaping Cups Fish
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. Salt
- 1 13 oz. Canned Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- Pepper
- 2 or 3 Eggs
Grind onion and fish. Add rest of ingredients in blender and blend well. Add salt to thicken, about 1 tbsp.
