Swedish Cookies
Rossettes
Deep-fried rosette cookies made with an iron mold — crispy, delicate, and dusted with powdered sugar.
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 C. Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Beat first 3 ingredients. Mix in dry ingredients. Fry in deep fat with rosette iron.
