Swedish Cookies

A rich fried dough pastry twisted into a bow shape — a Swedish Christmas tradition.
- 8 Egg Yolks
- 4 tbsp. Sugar
- 4 tbsp. Cream
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 1 wine glass Brandy
- 1/4 tsp. Cardamom Seed, crushed
- Salt and Flour to roll
Mix, roll thin, cut into triangles. Fry in deep fat.
