Rhubarb Jam
A rhubarb jam ground with oranges and lemon, cooked with sugar and Certo until set.
- 6 C. Rhubarb
- 1 1/2 C. Crushed Pineapple
- Certo
Grind
- 10 C. Sugar
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Lemon
Boil 5 minutes. Add certo. Boil another 5 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with wax.
