Cake

Apple Cake (Amy Humphrey)

  • 4 C. Chopped Apples
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 C. Oil
  • 2 C. Flour
  • 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

Combine and blend dry ingredients. Mix in eggs, sugar, and oil. Add apples. Bake 350 deg. for 45 to 60 minutes.
